Talentum can help you manage payroll and tax withholdings more easily. This can be helpful in situations where you do not have the resources to administer payroll and tax withholdings on your own.

We ensure that any assigned work is satisfactorily and on time as per the contract. This increases the accountability of both parties.
Firstly, we find a client and candidate who wants to lend a hand in a contract position.
Provide some essential information about the potential placement. We will verify the terms of the placement to make sure everything goes smoothly.
We give access to the contractor to electronically complete their employee onboarding paperwork.
We will send our Client Services Agreement and Addendum to the client to accept and approve electronically.
We invoice the working hours of the contractor to the client.
We fund the payroll of the contractor and pay them regularly by direct deposit.
